OneSoil and the government of Uzbekistan have agreed to work on a field boundary and crop detection project with the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) serving as the intermediary.
OneSoil developments allow to detect field boundaries with a 5-meter accuracy range using satellite images and this particular technology is of interest to the government of Uzbekistan. During the pilot project, OneSoil will help to map the lands and crops in some regions of the country.

BCG is a global management consulting firm. It partners with clients from the private, public and not-for-profit sectors across all regions and industries. BCG consults the government of Uzbekistan on economic development.

"We are pleased to partner with BCG. We are confident that our project will help the government of Uzbekistan to obtain more information about the current state of their agriculture," – said Slava Mazai, co-founder of OneSoil.
OneSoil develops an online platform for precision farming. Using Sentinel-2 satellite imagery and machine learning, the startup gives their users the possibility to monitor acreages, plan farm operations more efficiently, increase productivity and save resources. A good example of OneSoil technology being applied can be seen in the interactive OneSoil Map, which provides information on all the fields and crops in Europe and the USA.
